This is my second vehicle purchase at the dealership. They always have what they say they have. They are great. They are not pushy. They are understanding. They made it truly a good experience buying a vehicle. The second time around five years later.

I located this car but it was a 2+ hour drive from our house. I called and spoke to Jessica and while I was on the phone with her, she was taking pictures of it and sending them to me. My wife and I decided to make the drive and when we got there the car was clean, detailed and waiting on the display pad as if it were a new car. Totally impressed me. Jessica came out and took us on a test drive and well needless to say Jessica and the car made a huge impression on us. She didn’t pressure us like other sales people have at other dealerships. She got to the price we were comfortable with and with the help from Sal in finance we wound up taking this beauty home. It definitely was worth the 2+ hour drive to buy from them. This was a very pleasant car buying experience. Jessica was extremely helpful. Answered all my questions prior to my arrival. Jessica was very knowledgeable about the car I wanted, shared a lot of information with me. Also, invited me back if I have additional questions. I like that the sales manager came to me to discuss pricing. Many dealers have this mystery person that the salesperson runs back and forth to. We both compromised on the price and the trade amount. After 2.5 hours I was driving home in my new car!
